Payment and refunds
The fine print,
in plain words.
You pay the full 500 USD at checkout, on Stripe. We never see or store your card. Stripe emails you a receipt. Where sales tax, VAT or GST applies, it is shown before you pay.
Changed your mind before we start writing your texts? You get everything back. After we start, you can still cancel and pay only for the work done so far. Consumers in the EU and the UK also have a legal right of withdrawal. Every case is explained in our Refund Policy.
Want something that is not included? Ask us before ordering at hello@tidypage.app. Nothing extra is ever charged without your written agreement.
